In view of this, we believe that it is vital to keep you informed and set out in clear terms our business principles and practices as they relate directly to the service we provide to you.

Fees

Our reasonable fees are calculated on the basis of the specific nature of your brief. We will advise you on the appropriate costs and method of payment, for your approval, as soon as full assessment of your requirements has been completed. We will then include details of our fees in an Appointment Letter as agreed, should you decide to proceed.

Appointment Letter

We write an Appointment Letter to you, as soon as your brief and our fee estimate have been agreed. This letter defines your approved brief and clear terms on which your brief will be accepted.

It also sets out the agreed fees for fulfilling your requirements, together with details of our Complaints Procedure, should you feel that our service has fallen below our normal professional standards.

We require that the Appointment Letter be read and signed by you, in order to ensure that your needs are satisfied adequately, without any unnecessary delay.

We aim to provide the highest standards of professional service to our clients, and to operate our business to the professional standards that others affected by our conduct have the right to expect.
